 Today October 21 st ,2016 , the team of KSCW visited Central Jail and gifted a 23 days old baby girl sleeping bag, baby blankets, towels , baby suits , baby milk powder and etc. items used for the care of baby.

VIJAY DASHMI CELEBRATION

People have an perspective that prisoners are criminals and do not deserve any type of help. But did you know that there also many innocent children in this jail who were born in the jail and are suffering because of their mothers? 

Keeping this in mind on the sacred occasion of Vijay Dashmi members of The Kiran Society visited The Central Jail of Amritsar and distributed Bananas and Apples  among the 3600 prisoners.

Talent Hunt

On June 10 th ,2016 on the event of WORLD ENVIRONMENT,  A Talent Competition was organised by Cultural Society . As motivating the youth to present their Talent have been one of our motive, Children of KSCW participated in this competition and Won many Prizes.

'World No Tobacco Day'

Tobacco usage is deep rooted in the Indian society and the menace can be overcome only through greater awareness and people participation in the anti-tobacco programme.....
KSCW observed 'World No Tobacco Day' on 31 may 2016 at 8:15am at Company garden, Amritsar. The president of the NGO Kiran Vig interacted with the people on the ill effects of tobacco.. 
Dr Naresh Chawla (TB Hospital) also talked to people and gave a demonstration to people that how cigarette smoking harms human health.
Health awareness stickers were also distributed to people.
A wall of pledge (by DainikBhaskar) was also signed by several people and society members...
